The bare tacho and oxagen executables and the npm package were not published for 2.1.1. The app links both onto your PATH on first launch.
What changed
Version 2.1.1 is the first release of the Oxagen app, published on 2026-09-17: one installer per platform that signs a machine in to your organization and registers the Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Stella installs it finds, so the runs they make are recorded. The commit log is the record for this version; written summaries start with the next release.
